I have been taking my son to Tae kwon Do now for 3 years and I have never looked back.
He has learnt so many life skills. I truly feel good about my son going out into
society knowing he is strong and confident on the inside and out thanks to his
dedicated instructors…”

“We have 3 children who regularly attend Tae Kwon Do Classes. We find it
gives them a great sense of self discipline, control and respect for
themselves and others around them. As parents, it gives us confidence that
once our children have ‘spread their wings and flown the coup’, this activity
will give them skills that they may one day need out there in the wide world,
which unfortunately sometimes can be a dangerous place. For exercise value,
it’s unbeatable, and suitable for all types of kids. Whatsmore, they have
lots of fun and laughter with the games that are also played.”

“I am very pleased my children started Tae Kwon Do Last year. I am very
impressed with the way the Instructors speak to the children and show them
respect at all times. They are not only teaching children self defence and
self discipline but also teaching them about what behaviours are acceptable
from others and also their own standards. My children love coming to classes
and their fitness levels are improving every week.”

Hi Gavin,
Kyrra wont be able to grade next month. The school has organized a trip to
Canberra We were all disappointed to learn that both the trip and grading
co-incided...Kyrra was VERY upset. But we have talked it over at length and
also explained that Life is full of unexpected disappointments, and also
unexpected Joy.
This will not stop Kyrra from training as she is determined to reach Black
Belt one day. And I know she will.
Secondly I would like to thank you for being such a wonderful and positive
influence on Rhys. We have noticed a tremendous change in him recently. Rhys
never trusted his own judgment over a whole spectrum of circumstances. He never
backed himself...He would always look at others to follow. It may have been an
age thing, lack of self confidence, …who knows..Well things are changing
dramatically….He has found his "voice", he has opinions and is quite
happy to express his point of view. And his teachers have noticed that he is a
role model for other boys in his class. He won’t put up with any nonsense and
is very respectful.
As his mother it is wonderful to hear and see such changes, and both Damian
and i could easily sit back and say "hey aren't we doing a great job",
but having you as such a wonderful mentor is just as important. Thank you so
very much. I know it's only early days with both the kids and the teenage years
are going to be INTERESTING...but if they continue growing in such a positive way
I am sure that the hard times will be a lot smoother from having YOU involved in
their lives.
Have a great day, see you at training....

“I started doing Tae Kwon Do in my mid teens but gave up 10 years
later because of family commitments. After a 15 year absence I came
back to it and the only thing I regret is stopping in the first
place! It’s great for fitness, self discipline and defence. My
kids watched me practice at home and they now train to – and LOVE
IT!”
